Falling 250’ down the canyon wall.

While Vincent Creek Falls are quite stunning crashing into the Skokomish River in a narrow canyon; the High Steel Bridge which allows for their viewing is also spectacular. The 685’ bridge spans 375’ above the canyon.

The roar signals you’re getting close.

Hikers of all ages will enjoy the walk to admire this popular and beautiful 130’ two-tiered Murhut Waterfall. Follow the well-graded logging road as it was past logging in this area that led to the discovery of these falls.

Fall into the coastal surf break.

Hike to the beautiful sandy Third Beach on the wild Olympic Coast to witness the legendary Strawberry Falls Waterfall tumbling more than 100’ from a towering headland straight into the rocky surf.

When Craig Romano agreed to share with us a few of his favorite waterfalls in the Pacific Coastal region of Washington, we were frankly thrilled. If you’re looking for straight details on Northwest hikes and wilderness destinations — and fun facts - Craig is the guy to call.
